Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in the original unopened package with the original sales receipt within 30 days of purchase.

All Chemical Sales Are Final

Special Order Items:

All orders placed with Pool hut require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. NO exceptions.

Special Orders Are Non-Returnable

Returns:

Absolutely no returns on chemicals.

All returns/exchanges must be within 30 days and accompanied by an original receipt.

Purchases made by check require a 15 day wait period.

Refunds will be in the same payment form as original purchase.

All clearance/sale items are final.

Check Policies:

There is $ 35.00 fee charged on all NSF checks. Fee may be reduced if you return promptly with another form of payment to cover your purchase cost.

No 2nd or 3rd party checks.
